  After years of being a customer, a hurried delivery driver backed into my wife's car in the parking lot and damaged it badly. In the driver's own defense it was just an accident; he apologized and said it was his bad, asked if my wife was okay, and then went to get a manager hoping he wouldn't be fired. However, when he came back out the manager was in tow and she was speaking for him and had a different sorry stating that it was suddenly "both of our faults." I really feel they tried to pressure my wife, and I don't appreciate it. I wish they had just done the honest thing and we could still be customers, but instead we now will be using Amazon Prime Now for our one-hour grocery shopping, and if their insurance fights the claim we will also (sadly) talking with legal counsel about remedying the situation.
