  Different than any spa experience I've ever had! The massage services are great, but I felt a bit rushed. Also, if you are sensitive to your privacy, the changing/locker/bath room are not very private (they use a shower curtain at the toilet etc). Overall, it was a good experience.

  Follow up....I originally rated the spa one star due to the issue below. However, on Monday I received an email from the owner who apologized and has made some changes to make sure this scenario doesn't happen again. I appreciate the outreach and offer of services to compensate. Wanted to amend my review to reflect this change. Got a quick reply from Chris Bickel WILLOW SPA with the option of two times for two 90 min massages. Replied back immediately that I wanted 5 pm. Showed up today and no appointment was made. Front desk staff was not helpful and just said we can give you a discount for next time. Unfortunately leaving town tomorrow. Very disappointed because this was a highlight for me and my daughter.
