  Ran out of data with a different company,and as I'm only in the country for another 2 days, thought the "travel SIM" being advertised for $30 would be a great option. Turns out for some reason or another the SIM won't work (2G speed data- not ideal, or what's promised). After waiting overnight (like I was told by the staff who sold me the SIM), it still wasn't working. Have just gone in to ask staff to fix this issue. Was told my phone wasn't 4G compatible (not true), and that basically that was the best they could do. Huge rip off to be charged before they had even tried the SIM to see if it would work, and of course with prepaid they won't offer a refund. Disappointed with the level of service I received compared to AT&T.
