  The store itself is pretty good. However, the pharmacy, which use to be great, I now have had multiple problems with. Most recently.... I went to pick up my mom's prescription and but a few things. I went to pay with a check, and, as has happened sooo many times in the past the check machine was not working right. So very nice and innocent person that was helping me then called Dave over. Well he couldn't get it to work either and then proceeded to be EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful towards me. Needless to say, I have switched to the rite on 14th st pharmacy, and although I occasionally have to get mom's meds at 18th st, I try to avoid Dave like the plague that he is. They should get rid of Dave and bring back Mimi.

  It’s a pharmacy. Nothing really special here. Would you have a good selection of products and produc it’s a pharmacy. Nothing really special here. They do you have a good selection of products. And service staff seems nice enough.

  This incident today involved a woman named Gladys. She was very abrasive and she approached me aggressively on two occasions, borderline physical aggression. I called corporate and they did not seem interested in handling the case at all. When you have things happening at two different Rite Aid stores and employees are engaging in inappropriate behavior to this degree then there is something seriously wrong. I do not recommend anyone shopping at either one of these Rite Aids. Especially if you have children. The old man at the desk that works as a cashier with the beard is a pervert and he stares a little boys

  I am giving only 2 stars bc of the lack of customer service by the Pharmacist (Jan 7 afternoon). I was very clear about wc cough ingredient I was looking for. She let me look for 2 different brands. The 2nd time she said "oh, I don't think we have just that ingredient". I was VERY clear initially that I was looking specifically for just that ingredient. So I went to a diff Rite Aid and the Pharmacist himself walked me to the meds and answered my questions. Thank you.
