  I went into the store for help with a product I purchased and left behind an hour earlier and the staff was completely unwilling to help bc the manager was on break. I hope they enjoy the $12 I spent on the product bc it is the last money they will ever make off me. Until now, I have been a regular customer and have never had any problems. The people at the cash register even remembered me and see me there buying things constantly. they just wouldn't help and I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer.

  Ridiculous! I called to get a fax number and the employee who picked up did not know the fax number by heart. Excuse me but if you are an employee (anywhere) it is expected of you to know your places contact information. After being on hold patiently, three times, for more than 12 minutes I finally asked for a manager. Christie picked up and gave me the number I desperately needed. A pharmacy that does not teach their employees the importance of being aware of their contact information that is a shame!
