  If I could give less than a star I would... I have been coming to this pharmacy for the past year for the sheer convenience of being close to work. After my last interaction I will not be having any new medications filled at this location. I called to have a prescription refilled. "This very common medication had to be transferred to a CVS pharmacy after the last time I went to fill they claimed couldn't be filled at their location because it supposedly had been on back order for 3 weeks, they waited almost a week before sharing this information with me." I called back to this location for my refill this time around and requested they get my prescription from CVS so I couldn't conveniently pick it up close to work. The pharmacist informed me he would call over and get it for me and that they ordered the perscription for me and should have it tomorrow and I would receive a text. I called over the next day and the pharmacist claimed there were no notes or records of this interaction. The only thing they knew was that the prescription was transferred to CVS. After relaying the conversation from prior day and informing her that was from the last time and I spoke to the male pharmacist yesterday that said it was already ordered for me and said he was calling over to get my prescription that day her only answer was sorry me and the other girl didn't work yesterday so there's nothing we can do. This is just one of the many examples of how they treat their customers, this example was just the last straw in the hat for me. As I said I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year. Each and every time I go the pharmacist acts like he's never seen me in his life asking if I'm a new patient or if I've been there before, even though I'm in there every month sometimes a few times a month. Terribly rude on most occasions, wait times can be as long as 30 minutes in my experience just in the pick up line inside the store. I even called one time for a medication I ran out of that was on auto refill and the message never came through although it was the normal time I'd needed to refill it. The tech argued that since I was in the auto refill program they couldn't refill my medication that day and I'd have to wait until I received a text from the system. I asked to speak with a pharmacist and they were able to easily override the auto refill to get me my prescription. Steer clear of this pharmacy if you can until they get some better management or learn how to treat customers.
