  I own 3 Pandora bracelets...all full to the max with charms. I've also given several bracelets and rings as gifts. Many of these I bought at this Santa Monica store, but I didn't keep my receipts. The week before I came in I bought a bracelet with 5 charms for a friend. Any way one of my spacers didn't work any more. It kept falling off so I came in the store. It was very clear when I started talking that the sales woman did not want to help me and she said very quickly if I didn't have the receipt she couldn't help me. Really ?? All the business I've given this store?? I wasn't even asking for a new charm....just fix this one. NOPE!!! They could do nothing to help me! So strange and they definitely lost my business.
