  I am a huge fan of Free People brand. Cute bohemian style, well made, good quality fabrics, etc. Until yesterday I went to the 3rd street Promenade location. From the second I walked in I felt like I was being judged and like I was not welcome in that store. I felt as though the employees didn't not give satisfactory customer service because they didn't think that I had the money to buy anything in their store. They watched me as if I were trying to steal... This service caused me to walk out without purchasing anything from one of my favorite brands. I would expect a brand like Free People to hire employees who are just as down to earth as their clothing. Not impressed at all. Customer service does matter.
