  I bought the Grateful bed a few years ago and it is the best mattress I've ever had. And hasn't lost any of its firmness in two years and there are no indentations or unevenness like most other foam mattresses. It is very supportive and most of my back pain is gone. I love this mattress and I would buy this again

  The customer service with Alex Hunt at the store in Santa Monica was great - purchasing the bed was a smooth process. The only issue I had was that my phone number and address were entered incorrectly and while it was corrected at the store, it was not communicated to those delivering my bed, so there was some back and forth with me and the delivery company. Otherwise, the bed is great too, and I plan to purchase another one when I buy a condo in a few years.
