I bought an expensive product here that ended up not working correctly. I tried to resolve the issue with the manufacturer, but they gave me the run-around. B8ta offered me an exchange directly and made the process so much easier. Anytime I'll have the option of buying directly or buying from b8ta, I'll choose b8ta everytime.
